This year Billericay Round Table are hosting our Easter Egg Hunt for our youngest community members.
It would be great if you are able to come along and join in the fun.
NOTE; The local park will be busy, please keep your children with you at all times and take any rubbish away with you.

Where can I park?
My child has allergies do I need to bring my own prize?
We try to cater for all allergies and are happy to accommodate so your child can receive their prize with the rest of the children. Once you have purchased your ticket please email [email protected] with "Easter Dietary requirements" in the subject line and we will endeavour to find your child a suitable prize.
What's included in the ticket price?
For the ticket price your child will receive an answer sheet and a chocolatey prize. The wooden bunnies/eggs will be hidden around the park gardens for children to find. Once they have found all the bunnies/eggs they can collect their prize. There is no cost for accompanying adults to play also. (No chocolate should be consumed by adults in front of children)
What do I need to do when we arrive?
When you arrive at Lake Meadows please sign in at the desk and they will give you an answer sheet. Then all you need to do is hunt for the bunnies and hand your completed answer sheet in to claim your prize.
Will I receive tickets through the post?
No, please bring a copy of your PayPal confirmation as proof of purchase. This can either be printed or on your phone.
Do parents/guardians need tickets?
No, accompanying parents/guardians come free to the event with their children's ticket.
Is there disabled access?
There are paths around the park however some of the bunnies will be hidden on the grassed areas and closer to the trees but should be visible.
Are there toilet facilities available?
Yes there are toilets near the front entrance near the car park.
Will refreshments be available?
We are sure the Cafe in the park will be open, otherwise please bring your own refreshments.
What does the money from the event go towards?
All profits from the event will go to our registered charity account and will be allocated to good causes voted on by all our members.
Can I buy tickets on the day?
There will be limited tickets available for purchase on the day. These will be priced at £5.00.
Do you offer refunds?
All profits from this event will be donated to our charity account, unfortunately we are unable to provide refunds.
Can I bring my dog?
Yes dogs are welcome at Lake Meadows however we ask that you keep your dog on a lead during the easter egg hunt.
We are running late for our pre-booked time slot. Can we still attend?
The event opens at 11am and closes at 2pm. We have allocated time slots to regulate the number of children taking part in the bunny hunt throughout the day. Please come as close to your time slot as possible, however if you are running late but still before 2pm you will be allowed entry. Priority Entry ticket holders will skip to the front of the queue during their named time slot.
- Please do not use the allocated parking within the park as this will be full of regular users.
- Parking spaces may be available in train station car park and other parking areas, please check the payment conditions on the day.
- Please do not park on the public foot paths.
- For sat navs please use the postcode for main entrance via Radford Crescent, Billericay CM12 0BW
- There will be signposts to guide you outside the main entrance.
